Designed specifically for the 22 IDEX printer, this plate features our Tyson+ coating on one side. An integrated handle enhances usability, making installation and removal quick and effortless.

T-6+ plates are made from cast aluminum.

T-6+ plates feature a sponge like microstructure that significantly increases surface area, delivering stronger adhesion compared to standard Tyson plates(T-95, T-6436, Tyson Glass etc.). This enhanced grip remains even after the plate cools, so most materials will not self-release. This is critical for hot-to-cold bed swap annealing workflows, where maintaining part stability and flatness during post-print thermal cycles is essential, especially for high-performance polymers such as TPI, ULTEM, PEEK, LCP, PAI, and PBI.

*Parts will need to be removed manually once printing or annealing is complete.
