The build plate I received was damaged. I sent pictures to support, and they told me what I saw was not damage, despite bare metal showing where there should be coating. They wanted me to send the plate back on my dime and "if we see damage, we'll reimburse your shipping costs". If I sent it back, they probably would have charged me a restocking fee.
I had started using a lower build plate temperature years ago, but turning the temp back up to 85C for PETG and PCTG is required for this plate. Works great. No more hair spray. No more very expensive adhesives. 👍👍
Plate is very robust and provides excellent adhesion. I’ve produced several hundred parts on my plate since receiving it and it shows no sign of degradation.
