TYSON  Filaments

TYSON Filaments are engineered to make advanced 3D printing dramatically easier. Our proprietary formulations are designed for improved flow, adhesion, dimensional stability, and print consistency, reducing many of the difficulties normally associated with high-temperature engineering polymers.

At the same time, each material is formulated to deliver exceptional mechanical strength and temperature resistance compared with conventional materials in its class. The result is a family of filaments built for demanding industrial, aerospace, automotive, robotics, and high-temperature applications.

TYSON-PEEK

Our high strength and high temperature PEEK filament is designed for applications that demand exceptional mechanical performance, chemical resistance, radiation resistance, and long term thermal stability. TYSON PEEK features a proprietary formulation developed to make processing significantly easier than conventional PEEK while maintaining the performance expected from one of the industry’s most capable thermoplastics.

When paired with a Tyson Build Plate, Tyson Hat, and Tyson Hotend Upgrade, TYSON PEEK can be printed on the Bambu Lab P2S and X2D with a dramatically simpler and more consistent workflow, bringing the experience much closer to printing everyday materials like PLA.

TYSON-PPS
A semi crystalline and highly stable engineering filament designed for demanding applications that require excellent mechanical strength, chemical resistance, dimensional stability, and reliable performance at elevated temperatures. TYSON PPS uses a proprietary formulation developed to make printing significantly easier and more consistent than conventional PPS, while preserving the strength and thermal performance required for industrial parts, tooling, and production environments.

TYSON-TFFR

The highest temperature resistant material in the TYSON filament lineup, TFFR is engineered for extreme thermal environments where conventional engineering polymers are no longer sufficient. With temperature resistance reaching up to 300°C, it is designed for applications that demand exceptional thermal stability, mechanical performance, and chemical resistance.

When paired with a Tyson Build Plate, Tyson Hat, Tyson Hotend Upgrade, and Tyson Bed Upgrade, small TYSON TFFR parts can be printed on the Bambu Lab P2S and X2D. However, printed parts will not reach their full mechanical strength or maximum temperature resistance straight off the printer. To achieve the material’s full performance characteristics, the finished part must be annealed at 240°C for 4 hours then 300°C for 8 hours. We recommend using forced air circulation oven instead of radiant heat ovens.

Extreme performance. Easier printing.
Engineered with proprietary TYSON formulations to push strength, temperature resistance, and printability beyond conventional high-performance filaments.
